How to deal with university not giving admit card


29-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
after friction I was expelled from BHU; went to court - anorder said final decision will be on 16tth. Now things are delayed not yet finalized. Please guide What could be done in court to get my admit card immediately. Thanks.

Your certificate is your personal property. College has no authority to keep your certificate, whatever the reason. Their action amounts to extortion. You may serve legal notice and also address the University. If not successful you may lodge complaint with the Police or move a criminal action. It would be of much help to you if you can obtain a xerox copy your application with the remarks of the Principal.

Which Court did u approach? If High court, file a listing application in the Court. If District Court then approach your lawyer to get an early date. You can also ask the Court for interim relief directing the College to release your admit card immediately now.
