How to deal with case on Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board

27-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
Dsssb took a exam of je electrical and the exam pattern notification was that technical portion questions will be of subject/qualification related questions and qualification for this exam is diploma/degree in electrical engineering. But almost more than 50% questions were electronics engineering questions. Means the exam was out of subject/qualification. So I want to file a case as I have given this exam and the process is alive.

Yes sure you can file a petition before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Delhi if you can show that such questions were out of syllabus. However, how are you arriving at such conclusion is not clear. The final advice would depend on the detailed facts, particulars and documents of your matter.
