Forceful possession taken by Landlord for a leased premises

14-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
Forceful possession of the premises has been taken by the landlord. This premises was leased to me for 9 years on 25th September, 2015. Now I have filed a suit in district court in Goa through a private lawyer but as the premises is locked and discontinued business I will not be able to bear legal fees so how should I proceed. I am sure I can win this case as I am right.

You can ask your lawyer to help you for time being or file an application for free legal aid in the court of law stating the reasons of your inability to bear the cost of legal action. Else you can take help from your friend or relative for time being.
