02-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
Sir, Yesterday I caught by RPF for travelling in Ladies special local train. Then they booked me under Indian railway act 162 & fined me Rs 500, & told me that it is a bailable case, after signing on some paper they released me. Now I am a student & tried to get some govt job, is there any problem?

Nothing to worry. It is not a criminal offence but violation of the act which could not be come under the preview of criminal sections. As the RPF granted you bail and compounded the case . The related documents they will present before the Railway Magistrate and the magistrate will sign on the papers and close the case.

Dear client,
As per the details provided by you I would say that it is not a big problem because no specific case or FIR has been registered in your name. If a person is convicted only then the problems arises for government job.
