Denied to give preliminary exams for govt. services

I am a candidate of CWE RRB V having Registration No.1490871215 and Roll No. 1500506645. I Selected for the post of “Office Assistant (Multipurpose)†through IBPS CWE-RRB-V recruitment process. Based on the results of ONLINE TEST (Preliminary and Main) of CWE-RRB-V conducted by IBPS, you have been declared provisionally successful by IBPS for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) in Group-B in Baroda Gujarat Gramin Bank Today, I visited Baroda Gujarat Gramin Bank Head Office, Bharuch on 13-Apr-17 (Thursday) at 04.00 P.M along with original documents for Appointment process. My documents were checked/ verified by concerned staff and thereafter my Biometric test was conducted. However, I was told that my thumb impression do not match. I requested the TCS staff conducting Biometric Test to check the thumb impression again. He called me after sometime and conducted the test

Also, regarding your situation, you can complaint the matter to the HR department and if the issue is not solved then, you can file a civil suit in the jurisdictional civil court against the said authority responsible for your non-appointment in the said department.
