Demonetisation affects

Does demonetisation violates right to trade? are there any options available to local traders to revolt against this, what are my leagl rights?

The government has the right to determine economic policies of the country and falls within reasonable restriction under Article 19. Also, petitions filed before the High Courts and the Supreme Court have already been dismissed. Unfortunately, there is no legal remedy. The only remedy is your right to vote which you can exercise for or against the govt in elections because of their policies.

Demonetisation does not violate any of your fundamental rights. Moreover it is a policy matter and courts dont interfere in policy matters of the government. Under RBI Act the central government has the power to stop, regulate any currency note or coins.
