cousin occupied our godown & place. How to proceed ?

sir 10 years ago my father has given place (commercial small ) and godown to my cousin. cousin was paying house tax only other than that we have not taken any rent. last 2 years he asked my father to sell that land for certain cost, and took one blank signature on paper from my father. our family not interested in this and we declined and not taken any amount. and finally asked him to return our land. told that we dont want money. now he occupied both place and godown and not leaving those. if we directly go and occupy will we take help of police to vacate him ?
Lodge a complaint to the Police and file a criminal case u/sec.406,420 and 468 IPC in Judicial Magistrate Court against the cousin of yours.You should also file a Suit for Declaration and Injunction in Civil Court.
