Complaint against police for rude behaviour

Sir, I am 23years old and I got register marriage with a Muslim guy, so my parents filed missing case on my husband and that police is totally misbehaved with me and used very rash words to me. So can I register a case on that police.
First you need to complain to superior officers of police against the police who has misbehaved with you. If they do not take action against the particular policeman then you may file case called PCR with jurisdictional magistrate.
