You certainly stand a chance to get back to your college and continue your studies with no legal implications

The college administration does not stand any chance to stop you from continuing since you have been enrolled and accepted for education in the same

Please brief about the fall-outs of the suicide attempt and the police, hospital documentation / investigation so as to be sure of what we are about to file in this case

As well get a written instruction - guidelines of the college asking you to discontinue in the current year and accepting you to join in the later half of the year on a college/university letter head with the Dean/Principal/HOD signature and round seal

Please feel free to contact for further discussion and initiate the case
