Caught for drunk driving, will this effect chances to get govt. job

I was caught drunken drive four years ago in hyderabad(march2013)...now i am apppying for govt exams....will this case affect my chances of getting job...as i clarified that this case doesn't come under moral turpitude...and the megistrate court fined me 2000 rupees. Please....give detail information in this regard.
in this case you need to look upon that whether the case is still going on or it has been finished or disposed off. if it has been disposed off then you need not worry as the amount of fine has already been paid. this will not affect your chance of getting government job.
