Can uncle claim share in grandfather's property

My uncle is bankrupt so my grandfather(3 son)make a will of 1/3 from hole property in favour of his wife to save property now he is again claiming for 1/3 from rest 2/3 property.is he can do it leagly

As far as I understand your question, 1/3 property was given to your bankrupt uncle's wife. Now, what did you grandfather's do with the remaining 2/3 property? Was it also included in the same will and given two the remaining two brothers? If yes, your uncle can't ask for any share in property.
