Can i file for compensation if land on father's name in Khasra

Namaste, There is national highway constructed by pwd rajasthan govt. before 1947 but now also there is name of my father as khatedar in the jamabandi of the khasra which comes under road.Can i file a case against govt for compensation as recent market rate? please reply
You first enquire whether the land was acquired under any land acquisitiin proceeding. Whether notices or award and compensatiin has been given or not to your father or similar applicants. You may file right to information foe obtaing ceryified copy of the record of the same.

it is not possible to get compensation at the rate prevailing today / effective law and regulation as on today. You will have to even fight case for getting a normal compensation as it has passed even inordinate dealy . furnish complete detail for remedy.
