Sir,my uncle is accused one .his repeatedly quarrelling with us even the case is running in the court.he leaves beside our house.when he comes to quarell we are taking videos but police not taking any action on them .My uncle is trying to spoil my life .wat should I do......
please file a private complaint before the local magistrate having appropriate jurisdiction and you can also file civil suit of injunction against him for not creating nuisance and you can file a private complaint under section 200 crpc
