Sir i am a married woman . Last year my 5 months old baby passed away. We want to adopt a child. I know one couple who have 4 children. Again her wife is pregnent. Their finacial condition is not very good. Sir we want to adopt their expecting child. By law can we adopt this baby
if you both the couple are Hindus there is no problem in it. You have to perform some rituals called Dattahoma and execute a registered deed stating everything in it. Contact with an expert, he will guide you properly.
