What is the cheque bounce case jurisdiction of court

I am a complainant currently doing job in bangalore and want to file Case against negotiable inst act for check bouncing where one person cheated me and he has filed insolvency petition now , but thats false IP which he filed and this jurisdiction of court is in AP can i engage power of attorney as i personally cant attend for proceedings in Andhra pradesh due to my hectic job schedule

Yes, you can attend the person who is having GPA and you can file a suit under NI act in Bengaluru. How he will escape, consult and discuss more and file a suit under criminal as well as civil. Consult and get relief.

Yes, you can execute GPA/SPA to represent you in the case before Magistrate. Implead yourself in Insolvency Petition and see that Insolvency Certificate is not issued to him. Any how chances of winning for you are more. You need worry any more.

Jurisdiction of the Court is where you present your cheque. You can once again re-present the cheque at Bangalore to initiate the legal action here.If the cheque is dated within three months of the date you have to present for encashing.Contact me for further course of action
