Unable to return money, party filing cheque bounce case, remedies?

Hi i took 500000 lac rs from local finance because of some financial problems i can't return it right now,actually i need atleast 6months time, but the finance owner is ready to put cheque bounce case on me please any solution can help me

As you have admitted that you have borrowed INR 50LAKHS from Local Fiinancial Co. and issued a cheque. But it is not clear whether you issued single cheque for INR 50 Kakh or several. what about interest ? who much interest was agreed? whether any document executed ? must give these details which will help any lawyer in understanding terms and conditions and urgenancy. Do take appointment and visit lawyer with all these papers and then you can expect relief.

U r honest but financier could not wait for it but you have option with me as some advocate wont give but i give u the opinion so you issue a legal notice to finanier that u have paid entire amount and to return cheque no.issued back later give complaint stating entire money paid cheque not given later taking acknowledgment keep it with u meet advocate to give notice to him so u have good evidence .

Right now there is no problem, You will first get a legal notice from their lawyer, But On getting a summons from Court You need to take bail, Afterwards some lawyer can drag on your case for another 4 months.
