Chq bounced. Even in bank, party has given his old address. Now we have his fake address. Lawyer asking for his address to serve notice. Wt to do now? V dont have his present address
As per new supreme court judgment last known address is served it is deemed served laterr u should search accused with assistance of police get him arrested so u have to make effort till he is in court or else u cant

You have to search the party's address otherwise summons can't be served to him. In any case if summons is not served to the party means court will come to the conclusion that party is not informed to present before the court until it receives the postal acknowledgement for serving the summons. Hence being a complainant it is your duty to search the party's address otherwise go for proclamation and consult your advocate he will guide you.
