What is the procedure to rounding off to 50%

I ex sub from Army. I want to know about disability pension. I get 20%of disability pension. Please advice me what procedure to rounding off to 50%.
As per the order of Supreme Court the broad banding of disability pension is allowed. Thus 20% and above up to 50% is rounded off to 50% and so on.
However service HQs have not issued any guidelines on this subject. As a result only legal recourse is to get orders from AFT. You have to first approach service HQs in appeal On its rejection move the AFT

Hi You have to approach Hon'ble AFT to get benefits of broad banding of your disability pension. Although the soldiers are granted benefits of rounding off by Hon'ble Supreme Court but MOD has not made policy to this effect hence you like others need to approach AFT. Regds
