An application to the Supreme Court for leave shall be made within a period of 30 days from the date of refusal. However you may file the appeal along with a application for condonation of delay after consulting your Advocate.

A SLP must be filed within 30 days of an order. 30 days are counted from the date the AFT order is made available. In case of a few days delay, an application for condonation of delay may be filed in SC

Sir, you are supposed to appeal within time limit as provided in the Armed Forces Tribunal Act. However, if there is any delay due to valid or reasonable cause, you may SLP in Supreme Court along with application for condonation of delay. You may directly file the SLP.
