Appeal against the dismissal from service by summary court martial

mujhe 22 july 1999 mein sumry court martial ke dwara service se dismis kiya gya hai kya ab me is ke against apeal kr sakta hu ?? plz help me
You have slept over it for more than 17 years whereas you should have challenged in then itself. Please do not waste your time and energy as well as hard earned money. Law of limitation also applies and you have no explanation for such a delay.

It is delayed but u can file a representation to the authority and wait next 15 days or personally can visit and submit the representation and after that be ready to file a case against the Govt to get justice.Hope for the best.
