মহাশয়, আমার দাদুরা দুই ভাই.তারা অনেক দিন আগে মারা গেছে.বাস্তু ভিটা তাদের দুই নামে (178,179 ও180 দাগে সমান অংশে রেকড(1969 সালের জমি).কিন্তু এখন একটা দাগ্(178) যেটি দাদুর ভাই ও তার ছেলের নামে রেকড হয়ে আছে কিন্তু জমিসমান অংশে আমাদের দখল আছে,, এখন কি করবো?

Respected Sir,nPlease give me the advice about the facts that if any one applied for public document U/S 76, of Indian Evidence Act 1872 and the concern authority has unable to provide the sought for document till this day may that person file a case before consumar Foroum. Hi, I married a divorced woman with a daughter. It's my first marriage. I have my own self acquired property. I want to know will my step daughter get equal rights on my property as my wife. If my wife dies before me can my step daughter get my property. What steps should I take so that she gets my property. She is an adult.

By the provision of Succession law your step daughter is entitled to equal right over your property. however to ensure that she gets her share you can make gift deed/will in her favour declaring her share over your property.

Q: Child Custody Issue - Do Not Want. Father To Meet Daughter Alone

I do not want my 10 year old daughter to meet with her father alone except in my presence ONLY . I also do not want her father to take her anywhere outside Kolkata ( my present city of residence ) or outside the country . Is this possible ?

Is there a custody petition filed by or against you? if yes, then you can file petition in the said case stating your above prayer. If no case is filed, and you are making up the situation in your head, then stop worrying.

Q: Cancellation of application after allotment

I have booked a property in 2019 and got the allotment letter by developer after 10% booking amount.After 4 years builder is saying that the flat on tower no. 11 where I have booked is not able not construct due to technical issue.Accordingly the builder is suggesting to change my application to other tower and booking will be on current rate I.r Rs 3600/Sq ft.Where as earlier I booked with Rs 2300/ Sq ft.I have not agreed the proposal and developer has send a letter for cancellation of my booking and asked me to collect the booking amount.
