Q: Father bought property in my sister's name, sister died, who can sell?

We r jain. My father bought a plot in the name of my unmarried sister in 1979. After three months she got married and after 10 yrs she commited suicide and had two married daughters and one son all r above 28 of age rightnow and their father is also live i. E. My jijaji.and my father is also no more due to heartattack. We r 7 brothers and sisters and mother is also live including the eldest deceased sister. Now who is the actual owner of this property according to law as both the sister and her father is no more. Who has the power to sell .

Q: unlawful land acquisition, writ filed, need advice

My land was acquired in 2001 But i did not recieved compensation Even physical possession was with me Later development authority which acquired my land for residential public purpose did a lease deed of land to private party for commercial use on december 2015 When i was on my land on feb 2016 i came to know this fraud I took photos of my possession with newspaper and I moved to high court same time After some time development authority freehold that leasedeed and the private party sold that land to another party which forcefully did construction on my land My lawyer says court will return us land back in same position we were having And we hav filed writ under right to fair compensation land act 2013 I hav full trust on my lawyer But want to strengthen and fasten my relief in case Need master advice by experienced lawyer

Q: Possibility and procedure to change jurisdiction

Hi, I was married in Alwar Rajasthan. My in-laws n family resides there. Husband & I were residing in Dubai.. there was immense dowry harassment and domestic violence. With all evidence and proofs I was filed 498a at my parental city Bhopal MP. The FIR is registered under "0" . I meantime I have received a lot of death threatening calls. How can I transfer my jurisdiction from Rajasthan to mp. Expect for 498a, DV what all other cases can I strongly put against them so that they shall be punished.

Q: Legal action person has if wife threatens to file dowry harrasment

She is staying separate from me since  I want to file for divorce. I have one Son. What should i do if she files a case of dowry and physical harassment. If so she does, will it be legitimate as per law. What will be impact if she files a case so. I have an audio clip conversation with her mother regarding dowry and harassment in which she says that we never asked for dowry and we never harass .What legal recourse do I have?
