Q: Procedure to take divorce from husband on the ground of cruelty

I want a divorce with my husband, I feel suffocated with him, he always threatens me dat if I will go away with him he will kill himself, He is mentally torturing me for everything , I cant go out I cant buy a single penny thing without anyones permission. M getting depressed day by day. I can not work outside. Anyone is always around vid me , checking on me , I dont even have my documents like passport and adhar card with me , all my docs are under their care. I live like in a jail. Please if dis marriage will not able soon, I will lost my mental balance ..... if a hindu girl marry a muslim boy under SMA,then what would be his religion after marriage. if a hindu girl ready for nikha why not a muslim boy can do vivah.

Q: Format of NOC required for the transfer of property between legal heir

hindu family , having 4 sisiters, flat in the name of father, father died, want noc from sisters to transfer the flat on brothers name. require noc format and other documentation to be done and given to society. and documentation to be done on which stamp paper etc

Sir I am a housewife with 2 children's my hus band's salary is 1lakh plus per month he only pays 5ooo to me as personal exp for which he always dominates me i take totally care of children and house but also he is not satisfied he always scares me that he will not pay that much also he won't even buy jewellery or else for me it is almost 15 yrs of marriage completed i want to know how much I should get legally from his salary for me and my children's exp please help

I have a judgement where in, maintenance can be given, 1/3 and even half of the salary of the husband. But do one thing try to get the salary slip of the husband so that it would be easy for court to allot good maintenance amount.
