Q: Filed for divorce but judge refused and accepted restitution appeal

I have filed a divorce case. After 1 yr my husband has filed a restitution case. Family court Judge has refused my divorce application and accepted the restitution appeal. I am not willing to go back. Is judicial system will force me to go back and stay with my husband? As I am not going back then after 1 yr is it a strong ground for divorce?

Q: Can my wife force me to stay with her without my consent

I am married since last 10 years and have 2 kids. My wife was always doubtful about females and there is lot of misunderstanding between us. I was sick of such behavior from her. Now I am emotionally attach with my old female friend who is suffering from a disease. Being with her made me relax and happy. I took her medicinal and economical responsibility. I always took all responsibility of my kids. If my wife wants to stay away from me, I will never resist her alimony. Does she force me to live with her only without my assent? Does she file a police complaint against me for cheating?

No. She cannot force you to stay together, but in due course there are chances or divorce because her husband cannot give justice to 2. And money is not everything, she will also require some care and attachment

Hi sir im 21 year old im living in india and i want to get marry with my girlfriend she lives in iran and she is muslim girl and im hindu next wo one month ka visa lekr india aa rahi hai mujhse shadi krne ke liye to mujhe bas ye janna tha ke usse kin documents ke jarurat padegi legally marriage ke liye Or mera 2nd question ye hai ke aagar hamari shadi legally ho jaye toh kya uske baad bhi usse visa ke jarurat hogi mere sath india me rehne ke liye ya fer uske liye bhi koi alag kanun hai ?

There is a permission and confirmation required from Iran government that she is single and her visa, passport required. He has to get the citizenship of India, after that she will not require visa. Thank you
