Q: Can i do construction on plot which registered under agricultural land

I have a 500 Sq yds plot in Anangpur Dairy near Sector 37, Faridabad. My registry is Agricultural status, but it is in Abadi area next to sector 37. Do I need permissions from MCF etc. to do construction on my plot.

Q: transfer deed with in family but with some conditions

Dear sir, Due to family problem i have to transfer the part of my house to my elder sister. but i want that she can not sell this part of my house without my and my family permission, is this possible ? kindly guide me urgently.

Q: Delayed commercial project and builder offering different project

I have booked a property with Bptp 4-5yr back and builder has taken almost 90% of the payment. Builder is asking to property at different location which is costly and location is also not as per us. Please suggest way forward here.
