Q: If someone is chasing with bad intention

I attended my court date at a town R. Respondent was absent. After doing work in court, I was sitting with advocate in advocate room. I noticed brother of respondent gazing me and talking on phone. After a while he was joined by his friend. I took leave from advocate and started for return journey. I was using taxi car. In the way I noticed, he was chasing our car. As we turned on a usual link road, he crossed our car and came ahead of us. There exists a Bike shop of his another brother on this link road. I suspected some thing wrong and stopped car, My driver turned back. We then changed our route and reached the main road towards my city. There again he and his friends were standing near a shop on main crossing and gazing our car. Should I report this to police.

In such cases one should be very much careful that whether he or she is being chased in real sense. It is possible that person or suspect was on his route only but if you have doubts you can report police about possible danger or risk from such person or persons and police can bound them not to disturb or harras you.

Q: Remarrige of divorced Hindu woman during probation period of Govt job

Can a divorced woman working as a teacher (secured a job in divorced quota) under Rajasthan govt can remarry during probation period?

It is not a case where you have fraudulently obtained job and once you got the job in a particular quota owing to particular condition and afterwards if a betterment happens in life in form of new matrimonial relationship most likely courts will always adopt a lenient attitude if not the executive.

Q: Am I ineligible for government job if I break the bond of a job

Sir,I am doing a job at a coaching centre and i have a one year bond thereIbut due to unhealthy environment, i am not willing to take class there. If the file a case against me, will i not be eligible for government job in future..?

Breaking bond and breaking trust are two different things and if someone goes in government job and due to this he breaks bond it is not criminal, only thing is that organization where he filled bond can ask to proportion of amount as per conditions of bond. You can contact advocate for this purpose.

Q: Company asking for closed my entry and asking for bonus amount

Dear Sir , I have joined organisation as on 4th OCt 2018. but as per the agreement working hours are 9 hours but in actual almost 14-19 hours are on daily basis . and same time my accident has happened then when i recovered they close my entry into the organisation , now they are demanding the bonus amount . As per the conditions , i have to served the notice but due to close of entry, i am unabe to served , so please guide me

You need to tell entire thing like what was your salary structure and how many leaves you took, whether you submitted medical or sickness certificate etc. Without having seen your agreement or appointment letter it is difficult to say. So provide complete details.

Q: Which is a valid domicile city of a women married in other city

What would be the bonafide / domicile status of a female ? If the female is resident of the rajasthan from her birth . married in other state but residing in her parents home in rajasthan even after her marriage. Also She do not have any domicile / bonafide certificate from her husband side. in this case her domicile status of rajasthan will remain or this would be void ?

Domiciliary or status for domicile is on the basis of residing status and thus in such cases as you have narrated, it is very much clear that after, even after marriage if someone is living in parent state then it would not affect his or her Domiciliary status and can avail status as it would have been before marriage.
