Q: Physical and mental torture of my grandfather, dead now leaving a note
What should be the legal procedure to go about , my grandfather was physically and mentally tortured by my uncle and his wife since a long time, he died a year ago but left a note telling about this torture , he also shared this with a couple of his close ones. I'm his grandson, I wasn't here , I work in gurgaon, before I could reach , all his cremation activities were done.Now my same uncle started giving abuse to my mother and threatens to rape, it has been a lot frequent now. Please guide me

Hello! Is it a signed note by your grandfather? Was your grandfather died by natural death? If it wasn't natural or you have any proof, or anything mentioned in the note than you can file a police complaint against your uncle...and as far as the abuse and threat to your mother you must file police complaint immediately.. Q: Scope of 161, 164 statement to include continued offence
FIR was registered in 2020 under sections 354, 506 but actual offence is closely related to IT act and fraud. Accused and his family threatened my family to file fake cases of molestation against my brother, so nobody pursued this case. IO contacted me now in 2024, to give 161/164 statement after some court order. Accused's parents came to threaten and abuse us.How much can I tell in my statement? Only the incident till 2020 mentioned in FIR or everything till 2024?

Q: False Accusations / accusation on girl of having affair and disturbing
My wife was working in a hotel and owner’s wife put a false accusation that she is having affair with her husband due to which she left the job. Now after a month that lady’s father calling on my wife phone and asking that do you call my daughters husband. Do you have affair with him. After that we blocked all there numbers. Can we do something legally against them as it is too much they are falsely accusing my wife for no reason even after I have talked to them about it. Please advice.

Q: Want to quash a FIR on me of false case of 376 on my bf by Court
I filled a FIR against my bf under 376 false promise of marriage rape case,but he realised his mistake after 1 day of FIR and in 1st statemnt in court I said I don't want to continue case, I want to take it back ,police and public lawyer don't show me FR and I was not aware of FR and I said in 2nd statement in court that I accept the FR and don't want to continue case, we will marry,in FR police wrote that I made a false case against my bf, and now their is a case on me by court of false case

Q: Section 138. Name of drawer on cheque and notice are different
Someone bounced my cheque although I made him payment . When he sent me the notice The name of the drawer on cheque and name of the drawer on notice has different spellings. I replied to the notice saying that cuz as stated in notice has not bounced my cheque and only drawer of the cheque can give notice . Is this stand maintainable?

Spelling mistake is just a clerical mistake, it is not maintainable but you said that paid the money, which medium you paid him money? By cash or online ? Or do you have any proof that you paid money...? You can take a criminal action againt him in that note
