Want to make with detail such as percentage and portion of property

I want to make will for my self acquired properties which include a two storey building and some land. I want to distribute my properties 50% each to my 2 sons. Can I including details such as who should get which part of land and which floor of house in my will?
One of local layer told that in will one can mention only percent of share not further details such as who should get which part.
