Registration of will by Sub Registrar

Can a will be registered in any sub registrar irrespective of location of property or permanent address of executant in Tamilnadu please

No, generally will need not be registered, but it shd be properly executed in the presence of two witnesses, but if the person wants to register it , he can do so in the concerned SRO wherein the property located.
