Get legal advoice about will agreement .

(Hindu law ) My great grandfather had purchased aproperty in 1960,he died 1987. he had one son and he got the property. He died in 20/05/2010. But before this date he made will agreement in 30/01/2010 only one son and ignore the his remaining two doughters. Can he do so? Can remaining two doughters get equal shares?

that will have been done 2010 if you want others if you have to file a suit for partition when we can see the court will proceed the matter that will we can challenge for Court of law court will decide in the shares of the property remaining two daughter has to file the for seeking partition
