Fake promises made by person and now he is getting married to another

I was in a relationship with a guy from last 1 year and he we personally married to each other and bcz of trust I never asked for any court marrige .We were together for 13 says and now he is marrying to another person in arrange marrige -I am not having any proof like snap buy having witness

As per Indian law, a personal or informal declaration of marriage without following the legal formalities (such as under the Special Marriage Act or Hindu Marriage Act) is not recognised as a valid marriage. For a marriage to be legally valid, it must fulfill essential formalities like:
Proper rituals (if under Hindu Marriage Act),
Registration (under Special Marriage Act or others),
Consent,
No prohibited relationship,
Witnesses, and
Proof such as photographs, invitation cards, or registration certificate.
Since you do not have any documentary proof of marriage—only verbal statements and witness testimony—it will be difficult to establish a legally valid marriage in court. Merely living together or exchanging vows without legal recognition does not amount to a valid marriage under Indian law.
If he is now marrying someone else in an arranged marriage, you do not have any legal claim unless you can prove a valid marriage or unless there was cheating or false promise of marriage, in which case you may file a criminal complaint under Section 417 or 376 IPC (depending on the facts and intent).

Since you have not been legally married to that person and also you do not have any proof regarding your private marriage you cannot take stand as legally wedded wife. At the most you can do is you can file a criminal complaint for cheating. Further if you have been physical with that person you can also mention that in your complaint. You can also make allegations against that he is having your private photos and he is blackmailing you for the same.

Ok, if that Boy had promised you to marry and by relying upon his promise, you engaged physically with him and then after getting Physical with you each and every time, he kept on breaking his promise, now, when you have finally realised, that, he won't marry and therefore you want to file a case of Sexual Assualt or Rape on him, then, you may have to face certain legal complications, because, why you kept allowing him to be physical with you, when after few first instances of physical engagement, he kept the execution of marriage card pending!
