Sister in law (elder brothers wife) made a will to her three brothers in law (husbund's younger brothers) equally. She has no children. In this case all three brothers are Petitioners and who will be the respondents.

Basing his claim on the Will, one of the brothers can file a petition for partitioning the property by metes and bounds, making the other two brothers Respondents. The court will then order for division of the property.
