Q: Legal heir certificate or succession certificate

My father dies in 2009 and my youngest brother made flat on his name and in 18 he dies .now we are totallyfour brothers including younger broths who dies his wife claim property at grantroad mumbai now under redevlopment.so i amd my another brother require legal heir or succession certificate and eldest broths who are separate from us has given in writing that he has no right in property.now what to do for legal or succession certificate time and cost

You have to get the legal heir certificate and this process is time consuming it will take 2 to 3 months or more as everyone’s consent and signature will required the total cost of legal heir certificate will be 1.5 Lakh .

Q: Cutting off CCTV cable in my residential place

I have installed CCTV camera in my residential compound for my safety. Yesterday I saw the CCTV cable was cut off by someone. Can I take any legal action against the culprit?

mere nanaji k pass mai bachpan se rehta tha unhone marne se pehle unki ek kheti aur ghar mere naam kar diya tha sale deed se. ab unki sabse choti beti (mausi) ne mere against notice issue kiya hai ki maine fraud se property apne naam kar liya hu aur wo mujhe sale deed cancel karne bol rahi hai..jabki nanaji ne bohot pehle se hi bola tha ki wo muje do property denge baki k property unki 7 betiyo me hissa bati hongi. we belong to brahmin family. kindly advice how can I prove my innocence.

The society has agreed to transfer the shares under my name after father's death 2 years ago. The delay happened as the society lawyer insisted on succession certificate.. My bro society transferred hi lfat but society took opinion of another lawyers and agreed to transfer the shares on my name without succession certificate based on opinion of another lawyer. The society can transfer the flat on your name if you will produce 1 - Will with probate .2- Gift deed if father has transferred the property on your name before his death .3 - produce Legal Heir certificate and release deed of other siblings .4 - Succession certificate and NOC of other siblings .They can not charge for transfer , 25000/- transfer fees is required only if the name change is after sale and purchase of property.
