My employer hasn't paid my taxes and they were supposed to do so.

I just found out that my employer has not paid my taxes in two years and it is written in my contract that they are supposed to pay this. What government agency do I report them to for not paying taxes?

you can either complain to income tax department on unpaid taxes( provided they are deducted, but not remitted to government account) or file a case for recovery in civil court or Nclt for unpaid dues. remember, employer has 5 months time (with penalty) to pay TDS.
