Can a respondent who did not appear in SC submit documents in court?

Dear sir, supreme court gives interim order that "all the person who are before this court give their high court petition detail to additional advocate general for accommodation." According to honable justice only petitioner of high court will be accommodated. Sir i am respondent in supreme court because i was petitioner in high court and I win that case after that some of effected candidate make me respondent in supreme court but I never appear in supreme court in any hearing by lawyer or in person. So sir my question is can i give my high court petition detail to additional advocate general for accommodation on behalf of supreme court respondent and behalf of petitioner in high court . Please help me.

Dear, the matter is lis-pendence before the humble bench in your knowledge or it is the fact that is only known to you should be clear n confirm..
I should suggest you to confirm things before apply.
Or may fix appointment to handle your case here in sci.

Yes, as per Supreme Court order quoted by you, "all the person who are before this court give their high court petition detail to additional advocate general for accommodation.", you can give your High Court petetion to AAG . Suitable reasons will have to be worked out for your non appearance so that you do not suffer for it.
