Please help me I have an urgent query
30-Nov-2023 (In Succession Certificate Law)
I am from bhopal.my grandmother died without making will of the house. My chaacha (uncle) found a paper with signs of my grandfather and grandmother with 2 witnesses and made a false will on the upper part of paper stating that all the property must go to my chacha . he is saying us that he will get his will enforced .will he be successful in executing the will?????? Does he have a strong case.My grandfather had a habit of keeping such papers ready with signs of 2 witnesses .Please help
there is dispute regarding will then and you have to file a case before the court regarding Chennai the will null and void first fall we have to look into the will and content of the will then only it is possible for us to decide what is the lekin are in the will whether the will is registered or it is not right or it is on the plane paper many legal things has to be seen for further more detailed discussion just contact us
