Court Order For Family Members Certificate

हमारा शेयर के बंटवारे का मामला चल रहा और हम डिफेंडेंट है(party B)। Party A ने Share बंटवारे ka दावा पेश किया पर मेरे एक मरे हुए एक चाचा को और उनके परिवार के किसी भी मेंबर को दावे में add नहीं किया, तो हमारी तरफ से आपत्ति डाली गई और कोर्ट ने ऑर्डर दिया Party A को family members certificate पेश करने को साल 2022 में पर Party A कोर्ट में आ कर डेट ले कर चली जाती है, हमारा भी टाइम खराब हो रहा है , जब Party A, family members certificate नहीं दे रही है तो कोर्ट केस को खारिज क्यों नहीं कर रहा है। कृपया सलाह दे हम क्या कर सकते है? केस को खारिज करने के हम कैसे और जोरदार अपील कर सकते है।
