Succession Certificate For Agriculture Land In Gujarat

Our mother expired 2 yrs ago. She has agriculture land in her name in Gujarat but her Permanent Residence Address was in Mumbai so do we need to get the Succession Certificate in Maharashtra to get that property in Gujrat transferred to her legal heirs ? Also being Muslim our Father will also be a legal heirs of her Agriculture land property in Gujrat ? Also cost, procedure, time, documents required ?
Since your mother was presiding within the jurisdiction of Mumbai you can definitely approach the courts in Mumbai for obtaining the Heirship certificate. the maximum court fees for obtaining legal heir certificate that needs to be paid in the court is rupees 75000/-.
