Amenment/extention to Succession Certificate

04-Sep-2023 (In Succession Certificate Law)
Holding Succession certificate in my favour. Recently found out a share Folio was not included in the Certificate. Can this Folio be included in the Succession Certificate issued earlier? If so, what are all the requirements? For info. the market value of the Folio is little over 2.00L

No it can not be included in earlier succession certificate....the earlier certificate is restricted to the property mentioned in the same...hence you have to make application for new succession certificate with the details of folio of shares...

You may make an application to the court for extension of already granted success certificate for adding the said share folio of over 2.00L. You have to pay appropriate court on the said Value of share folio.
