You can buy a agricultural land by general identity proof and address proof documents but to enter your name on said agricultural land one must have his /her name in any other agricultural land and a certificate of agriculturist on his/her name.

Dear client, for 498a she needs the grounds of cruelty, harrassment against you...as u said ur marriage is just 2 month old so I don't think their will be any incidents of dispute between both of you which will go against you..as per law before registering any fir under 498a the concern police will call u and will give u chance to defend. therefore don't worry..if u need more clearity about ur defence kindly call me.

My paternal uncle (fathers brother who is a spinster - not married and does not have any children) wants to gift his property to me. I am his niece (brothers daughter.) Dear client in your case to know the exact stamp duty and registration charges I need the property document of your uncle ...further as u both fall under blood relation hence their will be no stamp duty...you have to pay standard charges and 1% lbt ..but to know exact property valuation I need documents.

Q: Live separately before filing divorce

My brother's wife is very mean and uncultured person. They have a troubled marriage. My father is 93 years old. She misbehaves with my brother and domestic help and my father's carers. Abuses them, so they quitv the job. My brother finds it difficult to take care of my allying father and it's a mental torture for him to live with her under same roof. He would like to divorce her in future but in meanwhile, he wants to rent a house to stay with my father and his carers? She can continue living in our family home as we legally can't ask her to leave. Will this have any legal implications in the future? Can my brother prohibit her from entering the rented apartment?
