Women running pg for boys in lajpat nagar

Hi ,i want advice against a women who actually is running pg for boys in lajpat nagar delhi.she is giving rent agreement to one of his old tenant in his divorce case in which she mentioned rent if 25000, and same lady is also giving rent agreement in domestic violence case of sister of same tenant on 10000. Brother and sister both are using rent agreement if same lady in their respective cases in different courts.but actually they are not living there..and that lady also advertising online for pg boys for same property... Is not that pg lady is doung fraud? Kya is pg waali pe koi case ya fir banti hai..kya kiya jaa sakta hai against her...or un bhai behan ke against kuch kiya jaa sakta jo apna actual address chupa rahe hain..or intentionally ye lig ye sab fraud kr rahe...courts ko bhi mislead kr rahe...pls suggest strict action and if any punishment against these 3.
