I submitted my rti application around 3 months back , but i don't get any response
The time limit to get a reply is 30 days from the date of submission of an RTI application. You can make an enquiry about the status of your application or you can also file a complaint against the authorities who has held back your requested information.

RTI reply should be given in a month, if not given you would have filed appeal after expiry of 30 days. why you waited for 3 months? provisions of RTI is clear. you can fled 1st appeal with reason specifying the delay from your side. the concerned officer shall fixed up a hearing date and decide the matter.
