An. Cousin Of Mine Was Not Vacating A Room Of That Land Which Was Mine

A cousin who is serving in police along with his two more own brother total 3 of them were in police were not vacating a room which was on my land due to which i couldn't construct my house i am an paramilitary official then i took help of my deparment my ips/dig sent an letter to the sp of police because the land was on my share, all 3 brothers of my father including my father have signed in the batwaranama even the cousin who were not vacating their mother also signed in batwaranama. So after an letter was sent the room got vacated by Police support. Police has sent an action taken report. To my concerned department stating the matter was solved by samajik star. Now both are construcing house on own land. Can u tell me what is the value of that letter action taken report letter. It is duly signed by sho/ dysp/ & sp
The Action Taken Report (ATR) signed by the SHO, DySP and SP has evidentiary value as an official record showing that a complaint was received, inquiry was conducted, and possession of the room was restored pursuant to the partition (Batwaranama). It supports your case that the dispute was resolved at the local level and that the occupants vacated the room after police intervention. However, the ATR itself does not create or transfer ownership rights. Your ownership and possession rights primarily flow from the Batwaranama, revenue records, possession, and other title documents.
