Mantri serenity project is delayed

Hi I invested in Mantri serenity, on subwension scheme, total price is 96 Lakh, I have paid 5L and 50L by Bank loan. they are suppose to give possession in july 2020 but with current condition it may get delayed by 2 to 3 years. I want get of this without affecting my bank civil score
Hi you can file a case in RERA for refund of full amount paid or for delay compensation on amount paid. Usually cases in RERA get disposed within 6 months, and they do not effect your CIBIL score in any way.
