Delay in hearing in rera adjudicating officer

I have filed case in rera against builder, last hearing was taken place in Oct.2019 in that chairman rera forwarded the case to adjudicating officer for refund and compensation but no hearing is intimated till date what course of action I should take now
I presume the adjudicating officer is Mr. Kulkarni since it has been an issue with him. But you need to write them an email and call up his legal assistant to request listing of the matter and also move a praecipe before him.
