Agreement date is different than rera date

I have booked a property, however the possession date of that property is different in both sale agreement and rera.
For ex: as per agreement dec 2021 and as per rera website dec 2023
Builder is saying he will deliver it as per agreement date.
Can i trust him, will he deliver it as per agreement date and if not can i complain and claim for compensation.
This is my response to you:
1. Send him a letter stating to clarify the same;
2. Ask for written clarification;
3. If he is truly wanting to honor his promise then make him sign an indemnity bond;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
