Hi, I hope this message finds you well. I am seeking your legal advice regarding a matter that has become quite pressing for me. I currently have a credit card debt of 50,000 AED in Dubai. Unfortunately, due to financial difficulties, I have been unable to repay this debt. I am now residing in India, and I have been informed that the credit card company has hired a debt recovery consultancy in Delhi to recover the amount from me. If you have taken any loan or credit from a company it is advisable to repay it well within time. However if the situation has become beyond control and you can’t pay due to financial constraints then you need to seek some time from the company itself and settle the issue. However every company has its own terms and conditions for advancement of credits. Need to peruse the same for any better advice. Feel free to contact. Thanks

you need to send legal notice to the AED ,seeking some time to repay or settle the amount , so that recovery consultaty,the process is very simple to send the legal Notice. you need to take immediate action

they have your current address?... generally credit card company file case according to jurisdiction so it's quite difficult to them.. but if you have any relation in Dubai or plan to visit dubai again than it will be difficult for you to visit... or if they file case or give notice to you than share it with us... contact us for more free legal advice.

First of all rather than going legally you should serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write down your inability to provide them with the debt or need some time for the same. And if they are creating harassment then you can always file a complaint in writing and address it to the police station according to your jurisdiction.
