The vendor has remedy against you and yo have remedy against the customer. You have to see the terms of the agreement between the three parties. Please tell about the details as to default terms in your contract.

Well, please resort to Legal action against the customer before your vendor takes it against you.

You may issue a legal notice, though it is not mandatory, before filing a recovery suit against the customer.

But,you may succeed in recovering the amount by issuing a legal notice itself and you will not end up knocking the doors of the court.

If there is/are agreements in place with the customer and vendor, please meet a lawyer with copy of the same so that you can be advised appropriately.

Dear Client, you are hereby advised to file a Civil Suit for recovery against your customer who have defaulted in making their payments and clearing their dues. Further you are advised to share details as another remedy might be available for recovery.

Dear sir you first need to send a legal notice and then proceed with the recovery proceedings in the court if you have an agreement between both and has an arbitration clause u may initiate arbitration proceedings
