Q: How to cancel Power of Attorney ?

Hi Sir, i need to ask that if the owner lives in delhi and owns a flat in jaipur. if he has issued power of attorney to someone in jaipur. Can the owner cancel jaipur's flats power of attorney from delhi itself or he will have to go to jaipur to cancel it. Or, if it is to be carried out in jaipur then will the owner be required to go to jaipur to cancel it ?

Dear sir, you need to draft a cancellation deed and send a notice to the attorney holder. Further you will not have to go to Jaipur, however your traveling will completely depend on the details of the documents and the procedure of the same.

Dear Client you are hereby advised to file for anulment of your marriage as in India two marriages while the first husband is alive is called bigamy and is illegal in the eyes of law. Therefore you are advised to file an anulment of marriage instead of divorce which is a shorter process.

Q: mutual divorce initiation by girl

the parties (hindu) are seperated for more than 8 months no communication for past 2 months between the spouses. talks with parents a month back failed. girl faced emotional humilation, and mental torture by in laws and husband at husband's house. the boys parents have no objection to divorce. how to initiate divorce.
