I, Vikas Matta, running a firm of surgical, One year past, A hospital purchased goods from my firm with invoice. But not doing payment.

You can file a recovery suit. A recovery suit is a civil lawsuit filed by a plaintiff (the person or entity owed money) against a defendant (the person or entity that owes the money). The goal is to recover a specific amount of money or any other valuable consideration that is due from the defendant

Hi vikas, you have two options for your recovery of money. (1) you can file the recovery suit against the hospital and for recovery suit you have to file a proper court fees then by way of court proceedings you can recover your money (2) if you have cheque which is drawn by the hospital then you can initiate the proceedings of section 138 of negotiable instruments act against the hospital.

Hello, You can file a suit for recovery before the civil judge near your home( in district court or sub divisional court) would also recommend filing of suit under order 37 CPC for quick disposal of case. I would also recommend you to take a post dated cheque from the opposite party if possible.

Hello Mr. Vikas, Is your firm registered with MSME and what was the actual amount of Invoice which remained unpaid. Also, is there only one Invoice or several invoices which are unpaid. Please provide these information.
